El Tigre is a Powerpuff-Bot used by Boomer. Like the White Tiger Thunderzord from Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers, it has two forms. One is Beast Mode, where it looks like a tiger. The other is Warrior Mode. The way it roars relates to a lion/tiger.
