The 'Horned King' is a monster for Powerpuff Chronicles. He is a tyrant Triceratops who wants to rule New York with an "Iron Fist". Boomer fights him alone. He is the only completely CGI monster in the series, as he would be impossible to create with practical effects. He is voiced by Malcolm McDowell.
